Do you do refunds?
Yes, but only if we assess your design cannot be added to your custom doormat due to stencil issues i.e. too many small details.
We do not do 'change of mind' refunds.
What happens when I place an order?
When placing an order, you send us your logo along with your payment. We will then assess your logo and create a proof for you to approve. This proof shows how your doormat might look after being painted.
Once you approve this proof, we get started on painting.
When approving the proof we send through to you, please be absolutely sure you are happy with it before saying it's approved.
What if I change my mind about the design after I've approved it.
If you change your mind after you've approved it - we cannot guarantee that we can change your design.
We will not change the design you've approved if we have started to created the stencil and painting process. We also do not offer a refund once we get to this start.
This is why we ask that you are absolutely sure you like it before approving it.
How do you know if my logo isn't suitable?
This is something we review before sending you a proof. If we are concerned that the logo won't work on a stencil for your custom doormat, we will let you know so we can either change it to another version of your logo, or make a small adjustment.
If you're not happy with the adjustment and decide to not go through with the doormat - we will provide a full refund.
Can the logo cover the whole mat?
Unfortunately not - there is a sizing limit when it comes to the Height and width of the image (as mentioned on the product listing) due to stencil size limitations.
Can i get a coloured mat?
I WISH! But unforunately not, sorry.
