When ordering - upload logo and select quantity you'd like to purchase before proceeding to checkout.
We will be in touch to let you know if your logo has been approved.
We will then create a mockup to show you how your mat - to be approved before we start to customize your door mat.

Single Colour Only – At this time, we’re offering designs in classic black only. More colours coming soon!
Logo Detail Matters – Our doormats are hand-painted, so if your logo has super fine details or tiny lines, it may not come out as expected. If we can’t make it work, we’ll let you know and issue a refund.
Centered Logos – We paint exactly what you send us. If your logo isn’t aligned (I your text isn't straight within your logo image), that’s how it’ll appear on the mat. We’re happy to try to fix it for you at an additional cost— we will let you know if this is an issue during the approval phase and you can confirm.

Care Instructions
- Try to keep out of heavy rain/wet areas as this can impact the colour of your mat. Although sprayed with Flex seal which provides some waterproofing - it isn't 100%.
- General wear and tear will occur with heavy foot traffic - this includes fading of print over time.
Just don't step on it ok lol step over it!
